User-centric Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems play a pivotal role in modern organizations, serving as the backbone for managing critical business processes. In response, this paper proposes a novel approach to ERP evolution, focusing on enhancing usability and user experience through AI-driven innovations. By leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and cognitive computing, the proposed system aims to intelligently adapt to users' preferences, behaviors, and contexts. This entails personalized interfaces, proactive decision support, and intuitive interaction mechanisms tailored to individual user needs. The integration of AI into ERP systems enables advanced analytics and predictive capabilities, empowering organizations to anticipate future trends, mitigate risks, and optimize operations. Through continuous learning and refinement, the AI-driven ERP evolves alongside user requirements, ensuring sustained relevance and effectiveness. This paper underscores the transformative potential of AI-driven innovations in ERP systems, not only in enhancing usability and user experience but also in driving organizational agility, innovation, and competitiveness in today's dynamic business landscape
