Authors are invited to submit high-quality papers through EasyChair that present original research, novel insights, and significant contributions to the field. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, and accepted papers will be presented at the conference.

Cross-cultural and Interdisciplinary topics and IT: Green IT, Human Capital, Diversity & Inclusion, Health, and Entrepreneurship.
Social Media Dynamics: Emphasizing AI-Driven Personalization and Emerging Platform Innovations.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

Full Paper. 20-25 pages, Double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 font, 1” margins on all sides. Use MISQ format for citations and references. Include half-page abstract in the beginning. All figures and tables need to be inside the main text.
Short Paper. 5-8 pages, Double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 font, 1” margins on all sides. Use MISQ format for citations and references. Include half-page abstract in the beginning. All figures and tables need to be inside the main text.
Abstract. 1-3 pages. Double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 font, 1” margins on all sides. Use MISQ format for citations and references. All figures and tables need to be inside the main text.
