Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Paers descrbing: Authors are invited to submit their original research papers for inclusion in the ICICICT-2025 Abstract Requirements: All full papers must include an abstract of 250-300 words. Formatting Requirements: Papers should be typed in A4 format with 1.5 line spacing and left-aligned. Maintain a 1.5-inch margin on all sides. Use 12-point Times New Roman font in MS Word format (PDF submissions will not be accepted). The presenting author’s name should be in bold. Graphs & Images: Graphs or images should be in JPEG format or compatible with MS Office.
• Posters describing : Conference posters are an essential component of AIDETA-2025, providing a visual and interactive way for researchers, academicians, and professionals to present their work. The poster session will serve as a platform for discussing innovative ideas, experimental results, and ongoing research in the domains of technology, engineering, and management.
• Poster Presentation Guidelines for AIDETA-2025:
• Content: Posters should clearly present the research problem, methodology, key findings, and conclusions. Visual elements like graphs, charts, and infographics are encouraged.

•  Format: The standard poster size should be A1 (594 x 841 mm) or 36 x 48 inches, presented in portrait orientation.

•  Design: The layout should be structured with a clear title, abstract, introduction, methodology, results, and conclusion. Fonts should be legible from a distance of at least 3 feet.

• Presentation: Authors will have designated time slots to present their posters and engage with attendees, providing insights into their research.

  Categories: Posters can cover topics such as emerging technologies, data analytics, AI applications, engineering innovations, business strategies, and sustainable management practices.

  The poster session will provide an excellent opportunity for networking, academic discussions, and potential collaborations. Researchers are encouraged to make their presentations engaging and accessible to a diverse audience.
