The name MBALI (flower in isiZulu) has been used as an appropriate metaphor for our conference. Just like a flower germinates from a seed into a seedling and finally blooms with colorful petals, the Faculty of Commerce, Administration and Law at the University of Zululand has finally revealed its true potential. MBALI 2016 is only the beginning of great things to come for this faculty. The aim is to nurture and develop young talent into competent researchers thereby adding value to the South African intellectual community.
