2026 the 18th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (ICSPS) will be held in Xiamen, China during October 23-26, 2026. It is sponsored by Xiamen University, China, co-hosted by Key Laboratory of Underwater Acoustic Communication and Marine Information Technology Ministry of Education, Xiamen University, China; College of Ocean and Earth Sciences, Xiamen University, China; School of Informatics, Xiamen University, China, assisted by Fujian Ocean Innovation Center, China; National Key Laboratory on Blind Signal Processing, China; Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, China; Southwest Jiaotong University, China; Biomedical Measurement Branch of Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering (CSBME), China.
Submission Guidelines
1. Language
English is the official language of the conference. The paper should be written and presented only in English.
2. Publication & Presentation
Full paper submission is required if you consider publishing your paper.
3. Presentation Only
Abstract submission is acceptable for presentation only without publication at ICSPS 2026.
4. Academic Ethics
Articles submitted to ICSPS 2026 should report original, previously unpublished research results, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Any act of plagiarism is unacceptable; academic misconduct will not be tolerated. Violation of any of these regulations will lead to paper rejection.
